Refund policy
Refunds will ONLY be accepted for the following reasons:
. Item is not in the condition as pictured & described.
. Wrong item has been sent out.
. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the exact same condition that you received it with all extras. The return shipping will be at the buyers expense & would recommend tracked or signed for, to speed up the process.
ISSUES
Items that do not fit will not be accepted for returns or refunds, please know your size before shopping. If the item has unique sizing then it will be mentioned so make sure to always read the description & check all pictures before buying.
Buying any shoes or items manufactured 2017/Earlier, to be purchased and worn at the buyers risk. We don't accept refunds or returns on used items unless it wasn't described in the description.
REFUNDS
We will let you know once we have first received your request & again once we receive the item in hand. Once back in our hands, we will then proceed with the refund back to the original payment method. Please remember it can take a few working days before the payment is fully processed.
